Early Head Start, Head Start, and Public Pre-K programs are grant-funded. Income documents are needed to determine if families meet the income eligibility guidelines.

- A W-2 IS an allowable form of income documentation for the Early Head Start/Head Start program.
- A W-2 is NOT an allowable form of income documentation for the Public Pre-K program.
