JCampus App

Announcing the JCampus Mobile App | Caldwell Parish School District

Iberia Parish School District uses JCampus for student information and progress. Parents can download the JCampus Student mobile app to their device for easy access to update contact information and check student progress. Follow the steps below to get started.

 

  • The app is available in the Google Play Store and the App Store.

    1. Search JCampus Student in the store.
    2. Click the JCampus Student app to download.
    3. Continue with the login process.

  • Parents only follow the registration process if they have not created a student progress center login previous to downloading the JCampus Student App.


    Checking the “Remember Me” box will allow the app to save the Username and Password via Biometrics (Face ID and Fingerprint).

    1. Select Iberia Parish School District.
    2. Use the button to register a new account.
    3. Choose a method to register:
      • Personal Security Number
      • Two Factor Authentication

     

  • Personal Security Number (PSN) will be provided by school personnel.

    • Parent/Guardian Information
    • Parent/Guardian Address Information
    • Click Continue

    • Username
    • Password
    • Confirm password
    • Click Continue

    • Security Questions
    • Click to Continue
  • Enter the information listed below to set up Two Factor Authentication.

    Parent/Guardian Information

    • Relationship
    • First Name
    • Last Name
    • PSN Number
    • Cell Phone
    • Email
    • Click Continue


    Select how to receive your security code.

    • It may take a minute for the code to be delivered.
    • Enter the 6-digit security code that your received.
    • Click Continue


    Enter a username, then enter a password and confirm the password.

    Click Continue.

  • After completing the process, the login screen is the first screen the user will see.
     

    A parent/guardian with an existing login to the Student Progress Center will continue directly to this page after selecting their district.
     

    • Checking the “Remember Me” box will allow the app to save the Username and Password via Biometrics (Face ID and Fingerprint).
    • Enter Username and Password then select Sign In.
    • Use the button to reset the user’s password.
      • Click the icon for additional information.
    • Use the button to select a district.
      • Click the icon for additonal information.
  • When a parent/guardian signs in, the parent name is listed first with student name(s) to follow.

    When a student signs in, only the student name will show.

  • Parents/Guardians are able to access student demographic information, grades, discipline, schedule, and attendance information via the mobile app in the corresponding sections.
